Shipments and Returns
Orders are generally filled within 48 hours and shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Other shipping options are available as per customer request. Due to the nature of our hand made products, color and dimensions may vary from batch to batch, where custom orders are available. Depending on availability of inventory, some orders may take up to 2 weeks to manufacture and ship.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
If you are not happy with any item in your order, we will be happy to work with you on an exchange/return, within 10 days of the receipt of your order. Please notify us via e-mail at email@example.com. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unworn products within 10 days.
All of our products are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and sealed before being shipped. Damage in transit can happen and must be reported to the carrier immediately. Insurance is offered as per customer request.
